An appointment time is reserved for you. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice to avoid a 50% cancellation and no show fee. More than 10 minutes late will result in rescheduling if there are no accommodation options available. A nonrefundable 20% deposit required for all new clients on booking any color, cut or treatment services. Refunds are not permitted, but corrections are free of charge within 7 days of original service date.
